   This Privacy Policy explains how Ice Station Zebra, LLC (“Ice Station Zebra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at www.isz.one (the “Site”). The Site is built on Framer. We publish a newsletter using beehiiv, and we use beehiiv’s analytics for newsletter performance.

   We collect information you choose to provide, such as:

• Newsletter subscription information, including your email address and any optional fields you submit through a subscription form.

• Contact and inquiry information, such as your name, email address, and the contents of messages you send via a form or email.

Framer describes collecting log information such as IP address, pages viewed, and related usage statistics when its services are accessed or used. 

C. Newsletter analytics (beehiiv)
When we send newsletters, beehiiv analytics may capture engagement signals such as email opens and link clicks. Email engagement tracking commonly uses small embedded images or similar mechanisms, sometimes called tracking pixels or web beacons, which can transmit information such as time, date, and IP address when loaded.

4. Newsletter communications (beehiiv)
   If you subscribe to our newsletter, your subscription data is processed through beehiiv as our email service provider. beehiiv describes collecting information directly from users and also automatically through usage details, IP addresses, and cookies or other tracking technologies in its services. 

Unsubscribing: You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information to honor your opt-out and maintain suppression lists.

5. How we share information
   We share information only as needed to run the Site and newsletter, including with:

• Framer and infrastructure providers involved in hosting and delivering the Site, which may process log data such as IP address and page views. 

• beehiiv for newsletter delivery, subscription management, and newsletter analytics. 

• Service providers who help us operate the Site and communications (for example, email routing, spam prevention, security tooling), under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

• Government authorities or other parties when required by law, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information in the conventional sense. We do not use your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we explicitly enable third-party ad targeting tools. If we do, we will update this policy and implement required choices and disclosures.
